We don’t recommend for children under 5 years old, senior citizens over 60 years old, expected mothers or anyone whose physical, medical or psychological condition does not permit them to participate in the activity because of its nature. Any guest under these circumstances wishing to participate in the activity and all guests for dune bashing, sand boarding, quad biking and buggy riding must read and sign the Indemnity Disclaimer Form. The Client should provide detailed information regarding the same to the guest. If the guest refuses to sign the form, The Service Provider will not be held liable/responsible for any consequences.

 Sharing Basis – 5 years old child and above will be permitted to join the sharing basis safari Private Car – below 5 years old child will only be permitted to join the safari if private car is booked and disclaimer form should be signed by the accompanied adult. Ages of the child/children joining the safari should be mentioned upon booking.
